Appointments

We ask that our patients give us 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment with us. Failure to do so on two or more occasions could result in the removal of your name from our books due to time wasted.

Exemptions

We ask our patients to bring proof of their exemptions to every appointment with us. We would just like to remind patients that it is their responsibility to ensure they know which exemption is applicable to their circumstances, unfortunately this is not something that we can give advice on.

Hygienist Deposit

We ask for a deposit on booking with our Hygienist, this will be deducted from the total cost of an appointment. However, failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation can result in the loss of this deposit.
